"Bathroom was too small to use"

"Large clean room for two people, but only one chair. We were promised another, but it never materialized. Good storage in room. Excellent courtesy shuttle to Cleveland Clinic sites and University Circle sites--very prompt and very reliable."

"The wall paper throughout different parts of hotel and room was peeling off the wall. Most of the 1st floor was under construction and there was no access to the pool or hot tub, one of the main reasons we booked the place. The best part about it was the staff, they are super friendly and helpful."

"On the afternoon that we checked in, the gentleman behind the desk was friendly and helpful. Everyone else that we came in contact with were not. When checking out, I didn’t even get a “How was your stay” or even a goodbye!"

"First we get there at 4:30 had to wait over an hour for our room. Then Our room was broken into at 03:30am, followed by front staff banging on the door trying to kick us out of the room stating we were in the wrong room. Threatening to call police on us. Ultimately we left by choice at 04:30am. Also had stripped beds and trash in the room when we first arrived. Room wasn’t even ready when they let us in."
