If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!
We have stayed here a couple of times when visiting the space center. Less than 30 minute drive to the center. The rooms are really a 2 bedroom condo. Lots of room, tastefully decorated. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Other resort activities like a movie room. Decent Mexican restaurant in the hotel. especially at night! The bar drinks are amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed the rocket fuel runner cocktail which was hand crafted by the wonderful bartender. Highly recommend! I will stay here everytime I'm in the area.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. It was cold, windy and rainy out side but very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good. We stayed the night before we got on the cruise ship and we were able to take the shuttle to the ship. I would recommend this hotel for families.

The south beaches of Cocoa Beach are really the best, and these cottages are located in a quiet area compared to other places close to the pier. I was a solo traveler, but this would be a great place for a family get away as well.

I know that others have stated the the breakfast was limited but we enjoyed the offerings and felt the breakfast offerings were more that satisfactory. The staff were super helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable . I highly recommend this hotel.
