"The checkin process was unacceptable. Short staffed - person was on a meal break. No one to cover. We waited 30 minutes in an empty lobby! This property was on a mountainside with no elevators to transport our (heavy) luggage to our room on a lower floor. There were also no luggage carts. We requested a room on same level as our car due to disabled persons in our group. Unsympathetic management refused without paying an even higher price despite empty rooms when we checked in late evening (and were checking out early morning very next day)."

"Woodbridge was the perfect place to stay at, it was very clean upon arrival. The location is great, and has many amenities! The kitchen was very accommodating as they provided appliances! The pool and hot tub are very clean, and the views are great at night. It's a secure spot to be at, close to trails, and great transportation through the shuttle! There is a grocery store, Clarks Market, very close which is convenient and you can ride the bus to different locations in Snowmass. The views are amazing, I recommend!"
