"The Staff was helpful, informative, and quick to follow through on requests. Open parking was reasonable and ample surrounding the Hotel. Security checking the parking area was a plus and made up for The minimum daily parking fee that was not included in our stay. Both the hotel, and room were clean. The small swimming pool and hot pool were clean, plenty of tables and towels. Information about the restaurant and bar were closed up on arrival. They did have a small market for essentials. A quick shout out to Staff personnel Octavio who was available to service any concerns during our stay."

"Had a wonderful time. We wanted to use the pool but could not find a place to sit because so many people were saving spots. I understand getting there early but there should be something available. The lounge beds that you could pay for weren’t even being used. We tried to reserve and they weren’t available to reserve. If there isn’t enough loungers, there should be some chairs at least to be able to sit Thank you"
