The only complaint we have is of the pools cleanliness, it had a lot of dead bees inside and when we say a lot we mean A LOT. It also had what looked like dead mosquitoes and tree residue.
This had one of the most relaxing getaways we have ever had. The bungalow is so private and very spacious. Sitting on the patio in the middle of the vineyard is amazing. We couldn't have stayed at a better resort to celebrate our 37th Anniversary.

We had to find a worker and they got a hold of security to get our keys. Also there was no instructions on how to check out. We will stay again but recommend better communication

The only reason I didn't give the best rating for service was because the door on the side of the hotel really didn't work right and it jammed my finger pretty bad.
