Corey Ave offers charming shops and galleries, while the nearby iconic "Pink Palace" hotel adds a splash of color to the skyline. Beach bars and seafood spots line the shore, serving fresh grouper sandwiches with ocean views. Most attractions are within walking distance, with trolley service connecting major hotels when your feet need a break. Parasailing, jet skiing, and sunset cruises offer perfect ways to embrace the Gulf's beauty.

Learn more about St. Pete Beach
Barefoot luxury awaits on Gulf waters where the Don CeSar's pink palace towers over sugar-white sands. Corey Avenue offers a delightful mix of quirky shops and seafood joints where locals debate which restaurant serves the freshest grouper sandwich. At Pass-a-Grille Beach, the historic district feels like old Florida preserved in amber. Upham Beach attracts a livelier crowd with volleyball nets and tiki bars serving frozen concoctions. John's Pass Village & Boardwalk buzzes with dolphin-watching tours and ice cream shops housed in weathered wooden buildings. After a day of paddleboarding or parasailing, join the nightly ritual at sunset – when conversations pause, phones emerge, and the sky performs its spectacular orange-pink finale.

"Excellent"
Island Grand at TradeWinds
"We had a great stay and thought this was an excellent resort for a family with kids. This was our first time really exploring St. Pete, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much there was to do in the area. We loved having easy beach access, plenty of good places to eat around town, and fun areas nearby to explore like John’s Pass, the St. Pete Pier, and downtown. The resort itself was clean and well maintained, and one of our favorite things was having access to both TradeWinds properties. It made everything really convenient and gave us even more amenities and activities to enjoy during our stay. Overall, we had a great family trip and really enjoyed both the resort and St. Pete. We would definitely come back."
