"The staff were amazing, especially considering the surprise blizzard that hit us on my daughter’s birthday. The location is great but it truly was the staff that made the stay special. Between the concierge helping us prep for the storm to the front desk staff making it easy to extend our stay, to the cleaning staff making sure we had enough supplies to last throughout the storm, I can’t thank Hyatt enough for making a stressful situation easier. Would highly recommend. "

"The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. U loved that the room was stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay! The staff was so very courteous and helpful! I loved how close to everything in Times Square it was. I will definitely come back to Riu on my future visits to NYC!"

"The staff were lovely and polite, the room was on the 41st floor and the bed, decor and amenities were all clean, tidy and well kept. The room had a safe and this was used. The location of the hotel is great in Brooklyn and we used it primarily as we were going over to run the Brooklyn bridge parkrun on the Saturday morning. We did not use the restaurant but it did look nice. "

"The location was fantastic, really convenient with Central Park, Broadway, and other entertainment just nearby. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did a wonderful job taking care of our space every day. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Park Central Hotel."
