Hualapai Lodge

Hualapai Lodge

8/10 Good
"Our jumping off point to Havasupai Falls. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food. The trains going by are a bit crazy, but it is what it is. A sight for sore eyes on the way back. After a 30+ mile hike it was like Shangri-La with cold drinks and fantastic shower!!!"

Grand Canyon Western Ranch

Grand Canyon Western Ranch

10/10 Excellent
"Grand Canyon Western Ranch is an amazing place to stay if you are looking to truly disconnect from everyday life. The western style cabins are comfortable and have exactly what you need. There is no TV, no cell service, and no Wi-Fi, which ended up being one of the best parts of the experience. It gives you the chance to completely disconnect from work, social media, and all the usual distractions. The nighttime experience was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Sitting around the campfire, listening to live music, talking with other guests, and just enjoying the atmosphere was incredible. The stargazing is also amazing. With almost no light pollution, the night sky is absolutely beautiful. The ranch itself is great, but the people who work there make the experience even better. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, welcoming, and made us feel like family. A special shoutout to Arizona Casey, who is an amazing human being and a very talented musician. He made the campfire experience even more memorable and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. If you are looking for something different, peaceful, authentic, and a place where you can truly unplug, I highly recommend Grand Canyon Western Ranch. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely come back."

Supai Motel

Supai Motel

10/10 Excellent
"This old-school motel was too cute! We loved it and had no complaints. Yes it's old, but it's well kept and that's part of the charm. It was clean and comfortable, and the woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in the vicinity. I gave it 3 stars for amenities only because I don't think there were any, but I don't look for them nor expect them from an old motel. Set your expectations for "old, quaint, and comfortable" and you won't be disappointed."
