Lack of outlets in the room. Otherwise the stay was above expectations for the price.

My husband and I came into town for a wedding and decided to stay here — and I am so grateful we did! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the hotel was even nicer than the photos. The room was perfectly clean and the staff were extremely kind. Our friends paid 2x to stay at other properties in the area (and we definitely ended up with the nicest place!). Highly recommend — we will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Great staff. We arrived early because my wife was sick and she needed some rest, and they let us in two hours prior to the official hours (3 p.m.) with no extra charges, after explaining the situation. Also, the property was nice looking, the room was small but cozy and had all the usual amenities.

From when we walked in the door to when we left, the man at the desk, Sam, was so helpful and friendly. He brought out luggage in without even being asked. He gave us a great recommendation to a restaurant that was close, walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was filling and good. The same clerk was there in the morning and he remembered us. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast waitress was outstanding. Greater with a smile and offered to make omelets. Amazing.

Hotel all great - farm to table restaurant nearby wonderful - close to highway but quiet and small town ambience

Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Poor choice in my opinion. Very nice staff, clean place and greet overall stay tho!!

I think the best part of my experience here was the lady running the place. I’m sad I can’t remeber her name but she seriously made my stay great by being super friendly, asking about my trip, and offering her help if I needed anything. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again

Clean room, friendly staff, and great coffee! The hot tub and pool are a bonus!

The name says it all! Our stay was the best! There was nothing more to ask for; rooms with great beds, microwaves & refrigerators, coffee maker, free WiFi, desk in room, comfortable seating, TV & IOS charging outlets. Vending machines w/ snacks, drinks & free ice. Lobby had full free breakfast each morning between 6 & 9 am w/ waffles, eggs, sausage, jojo's, cereals, juices, tea, coffee, breakfast rolls, etc. complete w/ morning newspaper. Also an indoor swimming pool & a customer business...

We traveled from MN to WA and had aweful stays on the way...your property was so great we canceled our reservations home and booked all through this chain instead!

The motels location is good for places to eat and access around Kelso. No complaints on anything. Everything was as you would expect your stay to be, except for one thing,,,,,,,,,,our car was broken into and cleaned out while in the parking lot. Unfortunately this is an all to common event today, BUT what got to me more than a little, was that sitting on the check in desk was a large video monitor of all the security cameras about the motels area. There must of been about 20 camera's on the...
