The Restoration Asheville
"Great friendly staff, clean rooms, new building, incredible central location across from a little park, valet amazing Neil, Matt and Rick especially were very helpful. But lacks a Safe for valuables. Saturday night had a wedding w band blazing two floors down. Breakfast basket a hit!. Balconies of 4th a floor wonderful. I rate it as a whole 4.8/5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"
Mountain Inn & Suites
"Check in was a breeze, hotel has plenty of parking out front, and the breakfast offering had plenty of options."
The Lodge at Flat Rock
"We really liked our stay at The Lodge. We came for apple picking. From the moment we walked in, the staff made you feel at home including personalized notes in your room. We enjoyed the kitchenette in our room. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the board games in the lobby. The Lodge felt very "homey," and was nice to come back to at the end of the day. The staff was very accomodating. One might say it was "dated" but more important it was comfortable, even down to the piano music playing in the lobby."
Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel
"Room provided was excellent and fantastic views. Breakfast was a top notch with friendly and attentive staff Overall, our stay was great. Highly recommended"
Lantern Lodge Asheville Biltmore Village
"Beautiful condo great location unfortunately the hot tub was under construction when I was there the front desk staff were very helpful"
Kimpton Hotel Arras by IHG
"One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very much worth the price. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of road noise, but it died down around 10pm. The elevators are operated using your room key and a touch screen, which took some getting used to. I can't wait for my next trip to Asheville so I can stay here again."
Baymont by Wyndham Asheville/Biltmore Village
"Breakfast was excellent!"
AC Hotel Asheville Downtown
"Property was clean and great location. Staff was very friendly. Only negative would be the street noise especially at night."
Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"Absolutely loved my stay! It’s a quiet hotel about 10 minutes from the entry to The Biltmore Estate. The room was great! Bed was comfortable and no issues at all with housekeeping, The free breakfast was good- not a lot of variation but they did have good sausage gravy/sausage each day and waffles. Coffee was pretty good, too- definitely a step above other continental breakfasts at other hotels. Staff very accommodating and parking is safe and a breeze. Would recommend changing the yogurt option though- Dannon is grainy, but that’s a personal thing. It will definitely be my go-to hotel when I visit Asheville. I go every year so that’s a plus!"
