Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls
8/10 Good
"The “free parking” is a concern. There is not enough free parking for the size of the hotel. If that parking is full (most of the time), you have to park in a parking garage about a block away. That “free parking” costs $15 US. Definitely not free unless you are lucky enough to get a spot in their parking lot. The free breakfast ranges from “meh” to “ok.” For the three days we were there, it gradually became better, the best on the last day-Saturday. The selection improved and changed day-to-day, with several items being consistent (like waffles and toast). Eggs and sausage was only available on Saturday. There is probably something about the offerings based on the day of the week, though it was not articulated to us on check-in."

"Todo estuvo muy bien, el cuarto limpio y bonito. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fue la vista, pensamos que la vista daría a Canadá y el drenaje del baño estaba malo, el agua no salía y había que estarlo levantando. Además de eso, todo bien."

"The hotel its ok. Breakfast is good and satisfactory. Rooms are big and comfortable, wonderful beds as all Holliday inn. But need better cleaning under the beds I had found empty bother of water and couple of candies. The elevator and floor are not clean. The checkin was almost a disaster, because the manager the lndian man, I think his name is Elvis, didn't found the 2 reservations. Found only one. Even after we showed him in app Hotels s.com. He disagreed and was arguing with us telling "in my hotel don't work like these applications say" And, for finish, he didn't put us on right reservation 2 rooms conexion."
