"Host of the eating area was friendly, helpful & good natured. He is an asset to your hotel. You do gave a young man working there, 20’s?, black glasses, housekeeping- knocked softly on my door once & opened it. Immediately closed it when he realized I was walking down the hall towards him. Knocked several times loudly. He wanted to know if I needed anything. I had a bad feeling as to what he was up to. I was afraid to leave anything valuable in my room after that. If anything gets reported missing, I would highly suspect him even if he is super nice to staff. Just think you should know. I’d like to stay there again but don’t trust that young man."
"Very friendly staff. Slept like a baby throughout the both nights I stayed. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I frequent the Hendersonville and Gallatin area every other week to visit my daughter, and I plan on staying at this location in the future "
