Our room was on the 5th floor, and the area was quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also excellent. Right outside the hotel, there is easy access to the train going to the airport, and several tourist attractions are only a few minutes away on foot. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if my family and I visit again, I would gladly stay here again."

We were in Chicago for a special mother-daughter trip celebrating my daughter’s senior year, and this was our first time staying at this property — it exceeded every expectation. We were graciously upgraded to a spectacular corner room on the top floor with breathtaking views of the city and the Chicago River. Those window sill seats quickly became our favorite spot to sit, reflect, and take it all in — truly unforgettable. Shortly after we arrived, the hotel surprised my daughter with a delicious cupcake and a handwritten note with well-wishes, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Moments like that made the experience feel incredibly special. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the “blond bombshell” for his impeccable service — he truly stood out and made a lasting impression. We also ordered room service one day, and it was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and delivered promptly. The location was perfect — we were just a short, easy walk to the Chicago Riverwalk and incredibly close to the CIBC Theatre, which made getting to Hamilton that evening seamless and stress-free. This stay created memories we’ll always cherish. I would absolutely return and highly recommend L7 Chicago to anyone looking for a modern, elevated, and thoughtfully curated experience in the city."
