Very clean. We chose a smaller room and it had everything we needed without losing character or feeling cramped. Restaurant was very good, albeit expensive. The continental breakfast was nice. Inn has been beautifully restored- a lot of care and time went into the choices. We really enjoyed the breakfast area view and sunshine. Nice trail behind the Inn- goes 14 miles if you have the time and energy!!
We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 young children for a long ski weekend. The location exceeded our expectations: the hotel is located less than 5 minutes from Belleayre Mountain. For a family with young children, the convenience factor couldn't be beat. The inn is nestled in the quaint town of Pine Hill (there's really only one road). There are a few restaurants on the same road, all within easy strolling distance. While there isn't breakfast on premise, there is a new coffee shop right...
Clean, nice design elements. Bed a little too close to floor, however. Made it a little hard for us seniors to get up and down from it. Would appreciate if the bathroom barn style door had an actual lock feature though.

If you’re looking for the above and a little mystic, look no further. This place has history that comes along with the beautiful well appointed room. Just an all out classy mix of antique furnishings as well as modern touches like an internet connection that works, in room Keurig coffee maker , comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

We attended a bluegrass festival and used their place as a place to sleep and nothing more. It was very quaint, clean and quiet. Just perfect for our needs!
A really nice stay and a friendly host. Tanya had good suggestions for places to eat, visit, etc. and made delicious breakfasts. She even lent me an extension cord when the venue where my band was playing didn’t have one. The rooms were great and we had our own private bath. Highly recommend!

We had such a magical stay at The Perch Hotel in East Windham! The view alone is worth the trip — on a clear day, you can see FIVE states from the property. Yes, five! It’s absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect backdrop to relax and soak in the Catskills air.

Stayed 6 nights while transitioning to a permanent move to the area and it was an ideal hotel for that purpose. Location was great...near shopping, eateries, highways. Although we didn't try it, there's even a restaurant/pub (with a pool table) in the hotel that's open evenings. Room was super comfortable and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. Hot breakfast in a large breakfast area was key. I don't have a single complaint...well, an ottoman for the armchair in the room would've been nice. ...
This is the third time we have stayed here over Thankgiving while visiting relatives in the area. it is such a quiet lovely old house and the owners are very accomodating and exteemly nice. Lots of room, very comfy living room with fireplace and big chairs. The included breakfast is fantastic. The kitchen is always open for tea and homemade cookies. Scent free linens and towels a huge plus.
