Renaissance Seattle Hotel
"Our experience here was wonderful. The staff was friendly and inviting and helped us to settle in. They also assisted us in using the printer in the business area. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. My only negative thing to say is that the bar on the first floor was filthy on the afternoon we sat there for a drink. There was a tray with dirty glassware on the small counter space near where we were seated and none of the staff seemed to be concerned about clearing it away. Also, the entire bar top was dirty like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. It seemed unusual as the rest of the hotel was immaculate. I still would stay here again and would recommend it to others also."
