Loved the ease of checking in, even tho we where very late doing so, and the beds where Very comfortable. The noise from the highway traffic, was a little loud, but to be expected, being that close to the interstate. However my "Easy listening" music App, helped eliminate the noise A LOT. Also, would like for you to include a small tube of toothpaste,with the other amenities. Overall I was very satisfied & will stay here again!!

Very nice hotel with no problems or issues. We chose to stay near Lookout Mountain in order to visit Rock City Gardens and Ruby Falls. Downtown was within easy driving distance.

The hotel was perfectly located, close to many restaurants and shopping choices. It’s right off the Interstate in a well lit area. The front desk personnel are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of pillows, blackout curtains, and nice toiletries. The breakfast looked good, although we did not partake, but poured a nice fresh coffee with a great selection of creamers. We had a restful sleep on our long journey.

Very clean, not dated, staff very helpful and location was good. Starbucks located in lobby.

The location was perfect for our purposes. We could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the AT&T baseball stadium in just minutes. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. I want to single out one staff member who was particularly wonderful- Sebastian Delahoz. We had inquired about baseball tickets and he happened to have some that weren't being used and he offered them to us for free. When he found out we were celebrating our anniversary, we found a nice card slipped under our door...

We attended to Iron Man on this trip. The hotel was nice and clean the location was perfect to downtown area and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our hotel stay was a good one. The room was clean, check-in was quick, and the breakfast was very good.

Very clean,comfortable and spacious rooms. Jacuzzi water temp was perfect. Pool water temp was a little cold for my liking but the area was very warm.

We were told the hotel was in a bad neighborhood, but we saw no evidence of that personally. We felt safe and found it clean and quiet.

Newly renovated. Very light Continental breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

The rooms was very clean, the beds was comfortable. The only downside was the pillows was a little too flat. The indoor pool was awesome and very clean. The breakfast was hot and very maintained. You could get hot coffee anytime you wanted in the lobby. Even though it's a smoke free place they do have designated smoking area which is nice. And even the rooms with the pets smelled good you couldn't tell they was pets in there before. I will definitely stay there again.
