This was a great place to stay! Close to SPAC, room was great, staff were super nice and it was very easy!

The front desk was great, room was great, big and clean with nice amenities. The area surrounding is undergoing construction so it was high traffic and somewhat unsightly.

Let me tell you how amazing this hotel is, they are very special needs friendly. We arrived after closing of the pool, upon hear my secretly Autistic son, wanted to swim the front desk gentleman open the pool just for him. All the front desk people were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to capital district.

Excellent! Went to the Travers Stakes and enjoyed the day . HIE provided a shuttle service that worked out very well, saved a lot of parking hassles and was very reasonably priced. The breakfast provided was above standard for most places I have been. Fresh fruit salad, pancakes, sausage and eggs and much more, very well presented. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Peddlers Resturant , on the property, was a fine place to eat and relax. This HIE is close to Saratoga raceway.

We had no running water in our apartment so made reservations here. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. I never needed to ask anything from them.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Hampton Inn. The staff was welcoming, informative, and kind. The lobby was warm with complementary coffee and tea, and the staff was happy to answer any questions. The room was impecably clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check out was at 11am, but we overslept... we received a courtesy call at 11:17 asking if we planned on staying another night or if we wanted extended check out. They were very understanding and accommodating....

I had a really nice four day stay here. The room was clean, tidy, no weird stink or smells. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were no bugs or pests or anything. The heat kept my room warm because most of the weekend the weather was cold. The sheets were clean. The water was the right temperature I like. Water pressure from the showerhead was excellent.
