"We were told our room wasn't ready might be minutes to an hour.. after an hour I went back to the desk and she said " Oh your room is ready!" THE FIRST NIGHT THE TOILET KEPT REFILLING ITSELF ALL NIGHT! I mentioned it to the desk twice. Maintenance twice ,and 2 maids, we finally had to shut the water supply off to sleep. The hot tub had no jets,the "complimentary " beach chairs were half broken and a liability.! And there were dogs everywhere ! You have to ask for housekeeping, we were down to one towel the last morning to share! Our balcony was full of sand and it dragged in on our feet!! It's a shame alot of money was put into updating the hotel and Management and Maintenance are horrible !"
