This hotel is comprised of two Victorian style houses. One is just rooms and the other is the restaurant/bar with rooms too (I think). The gardens were gorgeous, the staff was super friendly and here was the clincher...they could feed my wife despite several food allergies. We were so floored when we came down to breakfast and they had made my wife a special pastry and seamlessly provided her second course. The rooms are in keeping with the style of the property. If you want sleek...
Staff is top notch. Older property but VERY well maintained. Pretty quiet. Breakfast is standard cheap continental. Only drawback I saw is the heat/AC is one of the through the wall type that turns on and off all night. You should be able to select continuous fan in any setting but no such option. I would stay here again.
Great style and design choices. Very functional room with comfortable beds. Easy parking and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and groceries. Has the feel of a Bed and Breakfast. Only smalls cons were thin walls and creaky floors.
The rooms have been newly remodeled and the guy on the desk was great and informative. I'd driven 2000 miles from Lubbock Texas and needed a beer and he was very informative for drinks and food recommendations. And it is walking distance to bars and food. Plus there was a late night Teriyaki food cart with great food.
Awesome overall helpful staff 2nd times at this hotel… first time I’m came up to early like 8am but check in time is 3 pm I’m ask for parking for waiting in my car with my daughter but Venessa ( staff) she say she will check for room available now for us and she get a bigger room for us at 8 am to rest long drive form Utah… very kind and helpful… thank
Beautiful property with gardens and a heated pool. Great staff, breakfast was inventive and quite tasty. Is 10 minutes from town but easy to drive and no real parking issues even at play times. We will be back next year
The lovely innkeeper met me for a late checkin at 19 pm. There was e-vehicle charging right by my room. The sidewalks were a tad rough to navigate with my rolling suitcase - but overall all lovely stayover in Ashland
We had a great stay. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything and there is a grocery store right across the street which was very convenient. The pool was awesome. It was the warmest hotel pool I’ve ever swam in. Continental breakfast was really good. They have a cold breakfast which includes a yogurt bar with two different yogurt options and lots a different toppings to choose from. They also had toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and more.
