"Overall, my stay was decent, but there were a few areas that could have been better. Me and my mom stayed at the hotel for four days, and the room was only cleaned once during our entire stay. When we first arrived, there wasn’t any tissue stocked in the room, and there were no extra washcloths available. The room was also set to 70°F, and we were unable to get the AC any lower, which made the room warmer than we would have preferred. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the complimentary cookies and milk—it was a great touch! The hotel’s location was another major plus because it was very close to the concert venue, which made getting to and from the event very convenient. With better housekeeping and room temperature control, this would have been a much better overall experience."

"The staff was great - very welcoming and helpful. The location was great - walking distance from Union Station. The pool needed a little work - the water was cloudy and we couldn’t see to the bottom of the pool."

"I really liked that my car was safe in the parking garage and you could get to the lobby easily. The inside/outside pools were very nice especially after a long drive. My grandkids really liked the shower because you could set how hot or cold you wanted it to be by a electronic panel outside the shower. Our beds and our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and we loved the omelet station because the cook would prepare the omelets with the ingredients that you personally choose. My grandkids liked the pancakes and waffles and my daughter also liked the fresh fruit and yogurt. I will choose this place for my next stay for sure."
