We stayed at this small, quaint inn for three nights recently while exploring the Cape, and if we ever come back I would definitely stay here again. We loved the beautiful setting and the well-cared for grounds. Coffee on the balcony was a joy. The owner was so helpful with suggestions for ferries, restaurants, routes, etc... Yes, the place is a bit dated, but that's part of the charm, I think. The only thing I think should be addressed would be new mattresses.
The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. I found the hotel and spa online and was pleased to see something new close to home. It was more then I could imagine, from the first view of the magnificent villa when you drive up, to the food, the service, the spa the staff. So much to love. Phil was the best host ever. Tasteful decor in the room, and eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom. Delicious, real food for breakfast. And it even has goats! We've been coming to the Cape forever and this was the best place we've ever stayed.

My first time there. Would definitely come back again. Everyone was very nice. Lovely beach that's nice to walk or to sit by in the evening in the chairs.
My ONLY complaint is the parking. They charged me an additional $50/night for parking. I hate when places pull this type of stunt. I'm already paying nearly $900/night to stay there and at check-in they do this. NOT COOL!!!
We stayed for 3 nights. We visited Cape Cod National Seashore on our arrival day. The next day we took a roundtrip ferry ride to Nantucket. The day after, a round-trip ferry ride to Martha's vineyard. Breakfast was included. We had a room on the 2nd floor which was nice and quiet.
The cottage is directly across the street from the harbor and the ferry. It’s within walking distance to practically everything in Oak Bluffs. The staff/owners were wonderful and friendly! This place was so clean and spotless. They even offered complimentary sodas and water. I had left my body lotion in the car on the mainland and the owner actually brought me some up to my room!! We spend a couple of nights and will absolutely return! We were overly pleased with this stay!
Great stay in Hyannis, Cape Cod! Rented 3 rooms at Cape Cod Harbor House. Very clean, comfortable, quaint rooms. It’s an older hotel with great service! The owner Raj was a pleasure to work with! Free breakfast was a nice start to our day. Would definitely stay here again!
We totally enjoyed our stay! It was a one minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to town. We went to many of the restaurants and the food was excellent. Great shopping. Quiet, relaxed area. We highly recommend the Kingfisher Inn and look forward to staying again.
It’s a wonderful place to stay. You can see the ocean and feel the breeze from just about everywhere. The bar and restaurant are excellent and the staff seem to really love their jobs and care about the customers.
Hotel was good overall and staff was excellent. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay $48 at checki-in for water, parking and WIFI when parking was all I wanted.
