and gym. Wish we could stay longer than a day.
But staffs especially restaurant staffs need a bit of training. Went in to have dinner and the restaurant was totally empty and two waiters were looking at their phones and didn’t pay any attention to customers. I had to go out and ask where to sit etc.

"This hotel did not meet our expectations, there were many issues that certainly could be improved to make the guests' experience better.
-To start the parking situation is a joke, the "valet" attendants were rarely available either when we walked by or when we needed them. Parking is not on site, it's across the street at a parking garage and it costs 150TL per day.
-The room was ok, the bed was fine but the shower/tub leaked water even after we were done showering.

I stayed here with my five year old daughter. She was treated kindly by all the staff. She particularly bonded with Ayse, Deniz and Solah. Ayse noticed it had been my daughter's fifth birthday two days before we arrived which was a lovely touch. She always made time for my daughter to sit and chat with her. Beautiful five star hotel, good facilities, full spa, saunas, hairdressers, two pools, indoor and out, which my child loved. There looks like an excellent gym too which I didn't...

"My family and I spent one night before we flew home. The rooms were very clean, the service was polite and helpful. The spa was impressive especially the salt room and the hamam.
We would warmly recommend this hotel.

"wunderfull room with private roof terrace to have an own wine without other peopke around :-) comfortable bed. Big breakfast. As last day before flight it is perfect, just 5 Euros 5 min. in Taxi to the airport. Carpark for free."

outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping!
