I love this hotel. It's in the middle of Port of Spain and San Fernando. The staff and the owner are very friendly. The comfort of this hotel is really nice. The main street to the hotel is very busy but once you are inside your room it's very quiet. This was my second stay here. The first time there was a continental buffet breakfast but now breakfast is made to order. Check out this place and see for yourself. The rooms are exactly as in the picture.

Checking in and out was a breeze. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My partner and I had a great time. Wifi access was provided as advertised. Spacious. All the details were as advertised. I would say maybe the comforter on the bed linen was missed as the previous guest must have had long blonde hair that must have been missed. However there was a washer and dryer and broom and dustpan. I have no other complaints. I felt at home.

Amazing ,simply put. My host and his family couldn’t have been more welcoming,warm, friendly and helpful. 10/10 My room was beautifully decorated and immaculate.Bathroom and shower stunning. The front desk staff were accommodating and knowledgeable regarding directions, restaurants and any other queries. I would highly recommend this gem in St James Thanks again to the amazing staff for making my stay so memorable ,after 42 years of being away, you made me feel at “ home”

Pax Guest House is the oldest guest house in Trinidad, built in 1916 by the Benedictine Monastery. It's located 800 feet above sea level and therefore is cooler temperature-wise than staying in town, because there are wonderful breezes. The rooms are very simple and have air conditioning. I stayed there with my son while we was visiting Trinidad. The owner was very welcoming and réactive. The room we had was a high quality with everything we needed (and Even more) . There is an outside Space on the first floor and we could Park our car . We Even were able to use a washing machine which really helped us out. This is a high Value place for the price we paid. I recommend it and would definitely come back next time i am on the island.
