Overall we had a great experience. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in 30 mins earlier, based on my request. The service was exceptional, dinner at The Exchange was great, there was a minor incident that occurred; however, it was handled well by the management. The pool hours from 7am to 11pm, which allowed us to take a swim after dinner. Also the pool depth and dimensions are perfect for children and for accomdating multiple familes and maintaining social distancing....

Very homey. Located in a residential neighborhood 6min from the airport. 24h gas station convenience store 10min walk away. Street food trucks around there too. Sushi on the premises. Owner is very warm and friendly and accommodating. Note the complimentary airprt shuttle has been discontinued which was my only disappointment.

Excellent walking trails with great views. Main house is reminiscent of grand stately property house. Cottages and rooms are excellent - simple, chic, clean, new and elegant

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and very willing to provide the necessary assistance. The shuttle service was accommodating and was not "rigid" in their delivery of service.

Definitely enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was kind and super helpful. I enjoyed the on property dining options, great bar selection. Overall a great stay! Ms.Carla at the pool bar is the bomb!

Pax Guest House is the oldest guest house in Trinidad, built in 1916 by the Benedictine Monastery. It's located 800 feet above sea level and therefore is cooler temperature-wise than staying in town, because there are wonderful breezes. The rooms are very simple and have air conditioning. Amazing ,simply put. My host and his family couldn’t have been more welcoming,warm, friendly and helpful. 10/10 My room was beautifully decorated and immaculate.Bathroom and shower stunning. The front desk staff were accommodating and knowledgeable regarding directions, restaurants and any other queries. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations! Extremely clean, great location, private and very secure. My room was huge with a separate kitchen that included a microwave and refrigerator. Cable was great and internet connection was fast. Great staff I recommend this property.

VERY NICE WELCOME BY OWNER. PLACE IS ACCESS OF A MAJOR HIGHWAY. LOVELY LOCATION, FLOWERS ETC. ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH BOTTLE WATER. JUST A NOTE THEY SHOULD PUT TO OR MORE LOCAL BEERS IN THE MINI FRIDGE AS A WELCOME. TRINIDAD LOCATION NICE, BEAUTIFULL AND SECURE.

The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful.

The staff is it’s shining star, always polite and courteous. They need improvement on the VIP treatment

So my girlfriend and I went to Mariott and I must say, TOP HOTEL. the staff was superb, the breakfast was delicious, the pool even though small still closes late which is great here in Trinidad. My only negative for my stay here is that from the rooms, you can hear all of the chatter in the coridoor. That said, ideal business hotel. Not so ideal for the noisy couple who don't want to be heard.
