From receipt of a fresh orchid on arrival to the special treats Ieft in our room daily the whole experience was just perfect. Joanne & Iris on reception made us so welcome and are an asset to the Shangri La as are all the staff especially in the Valley Wing where we stayed. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary so memorable and special xxx"
