"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "Nice long stay at the Ascott due to a medical procedure. Very near Mt Elizabeth Orchard. Walkway was a nice touch due to rainy days in Singapore. Everyday cleaning and servicing was good too and kitchen was nice and efficient. Dishwasher was a big plus! A bit dated but everything works."
