"The room was romantic and spacious & the ocean view was exceptional. The customer service was always on point. The beach was nice with opportunities to go snorkeling, fishing, and spending the day on the water visiting the small villages. We traveled adults only but definitely a fun family friendly resort. Largest zip line course in Mexico only 15 mins away. Thank you Barcelo! "

"This hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained.The Staff is very friendly, food is delicious.They have differents stunning restaurants.If you want to visit a beach outside the hotel you can board the bus crossing the street next to the hotel, it runs through several beaches and arrives at the Zona Romantica and Muertos Pier."

"Hotel Mousai knocked it out of the park. The staff was on point and made sure we were completely taken care of. The roof top pool was an amazing place to hang out during the day. The drinks and food up there were amazing. The restaurants were top notch! Misika and Blanca Blue were our personal favorites. "The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one)."

"Great Service, very kind staff and very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like is that after requesting a stay for 4 adults the property only has one bed for 4 people. The other availability was just a very small sofa for 2 adults which I don't consider that a place for 4 adults to sleep. "

"The Marcela is a gem, it’s a beautiful place to spend several days enjoying PV. Easy walk to town to enjoy the hustle and bustle and then escape back to the super friendly staff, delicious food and drinks and great pool. The rooms themselves are beautiful decorated with traditionally Mexican decor, clean and comfortable. The pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable but that is our only complaint, the Marcela was a wonderful place to spend 10 days with our family. We would definitely stay again. "
