"The professionalism and service level was beyond compare. on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best the nice hotels in the USA had to offer..... Hotel twenty-seven is a 10. I had multiple special requests to make our 40th anniversary special and they exceeded my expectations in every situation."

"Maybe the best place ever. Staff was definitely the best ever. Spacious room with cute theme. Staff makes everything great. Fair warning - low ceilings if you’re over 5’10” and tight stairs but that’s Amsterdam. Definitely worth staying here. I was sad to leave."

The rooms are jewel boxes, exquisitely decorated with luxurious fabrics and thoughtful details. The canal view from my room was wonderful, and the location was ideal, within walking distance of Amsterdam’s major attractions. The lobby, lounges, and restaurant were equally lovely. Complimentary coffee, chilled beverages, and sweets throughout the day were an especially thoughtful touch. A...

"Very nice location and friendly staff"

"The hotel is absolutely stunning in its beauty and design. The room was amazing, the service was excellent, especially from Linda at the front desk, and the entire staff was wonderful. The location is also excellent!"

"Truly a 5 star experience. So convenient to sights, shops ans restaurants on the Canal Ring and an especially helpful front desk staff. We had a room in the newer adjacent building (they are connected) and were pleasantly surprised to have a lovely sitting room with the bedroom in an upstairs loft. It had elegant decor and was very comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant but had a drink in the bar which was beautiful. would definitely stay again and plan to look into their other properties."
