"Nice appartement with kitchen and good beds. Tennis outside and super spa in the basement. Loved it."

"Quite nice older style hotel, rooms were very nice with high ceiling. General condition was very good as well as cleaning. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and we were not so happy that the main buffet restaurant was closing for dinner at 19:30 (too early), but otherwise had a nice stay. Spa was also good but don’t expect too much!"

"Überrascht und glücklich über das Abendessen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, und die Altstadt lädt zu einem abendlichen Spaziergang ein"

"Historický hotel s úžasnou atmosférou!"

"Fabulous location for film festival. Great staff very helpful. Historic building with modern amenities"

"This is an adorable little property. The room that we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only downside was that none of them spoke any English but we worked through it together. The restaurant has a diverse menu and the food was very good."

"A great small hotel in good shape. Great wellness area. The hotel is located next to a motorbike "race track" but the rooms are soundproof."

"We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "

"I like everything except that my room was in second floor and there is no elevator in B building which is my there and they didn’t mention that but overall everything was nice & good "

"Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Bergbahn zum Fichtelberg schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen."

"Gehobenes Hotel mit entsprechenden Preisen. Unterkunft und Service sind sehr gut."
