Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

The hotel in central to just about everything: no need to take mass transit at all. Just steps away are wonderful cafes and all the sights. The rooms are beautifully Swedish in style, clean and comfortable. I was in a single room, albeit small it was perfect! Breakfast was a great traditional smorgasbord and the staff could not be more accommodating in taking coffee orders.

The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. We found ourselves in a medical situation with my mother at the hospital close to the hotel. The whole team, from the owner to the front desk attendant, was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay, whether arranging taxis, extending the nights as needed, recommending restaurants and just checking on our wellbeing.
