Great to be able to have access to boat parking at docks on the River below the resort. Would only need to unload and reload boat once while fishing. The Villas were nice and kitchens well equipped with large fridge, large stove, microwave and dishwasher. The upstairs Villas do have steep stairs up to cabins on top which would be difficult for anyone unable to do many stairs or handicapped.
