Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.

Very Awesome location, amazing water (no boats or oil rigs, just insanely pretty), wonderful staff (Restu was great!) and the room, restaurant and bar have everything you'd want. The spa was great, and the views from your own private outdoor area is relaxing. There is construction going on right now though between 8:45 ish and 5 PM, and depending on what they're doing that day, it is noticeable from your villa. This place was amazing! Loved the infinity pool and the hospitality. We had our own butler and driver. We had food brought to our door for breakfast and dinner when we ordered it. Location is perfect. Near dreamland beach. Loved our stay!!

Luxurious hotel with amazing beaches. The breakfast buffet or at the lounge was amazing. The staff are very helpful and they make you feel that you are their only guest. They knew our breakfast routine after one time only. As soon as we walk in they got me and my husband our favorite latte as strong as we like it. This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Simply magical.

The wonderful kind attentive staff who could never do enough to try and make us as comfortable and happy as possible. Rooms are lovely and have every immunity needed. Bed extremely comfortable and lovely touches. Stunning swimming pool area far and beach area for good Sunset watching. Massages were amazing and the breakfast over the Top with those delicious dish ever.

Wonderfully maintained hotel. Large property with many 4-unit Lanais. Nice pool and ocean front beach setting. The hotel hosts cultural dances nearly every evening and has local artists on site selling their work. The gift shop is very competitively priced with a classy selection of local items. Good restaurant with many Indonesian themed dinners. Overall it is the class and service one would expect of Oberoi.

I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! The kids always could order off the children's menu up to 4 years everything is free. Room - it was nice and spacious we stayed in a suite with two Queen beds. I would recommend the lagoon villa it looked lovely ! Or by the beach. Children- kids club isn't free 4 + you need to pay which was a little turn off...

The staff was super nice, everything there was perfect. Take the breakfast option when you do your reservation it's really good and worth it. The only con here is the beach it's not the best in Bali but it's very close to some of the best beachs on the island. Enjoy

This hotel is situated along a stretch of road where there are the best food and drink options and just a 10 minute walk to the city center where the market is. Great shopping lines the street so it's always a nice stroll otherwise thet will shuttle you for free. The hotel staff is THE FRIENDLIEST we have met in all of Bali. The villa is the absolute best place to stay with your own private pool and butler service that are super fast to attend to you. Villa also comes with free breakfast at their restaurants which was perfect! The staff are the absolutely nicest people you will ever meet. Such a great experience

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

We are not resort people at all, but we did enjoy our stay at the Bali Beach Hotel. Great room overlooking the ocean and pool area. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and dinner at the new Spanish style one on the roof and the traditional Balinese food in the hotel. Highly recommended.

There is nothing that isn't amazing about this hotel. The villas provide views of the Indian Ocean, with gorgeous private pools in each, and great day beds attached. The service, restaurants, and general facilities are all perfect. We could have spent months here. Thanks for a great vacation Alila!
