the Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Adrian was amazing giving suggestions to how to go around the city and where to go eat and whatever we needed in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much. Even though the access is hard because the route is under construction and the streets are very narrow, they were waiting for us at the door to guide us to the parking lot, which is another plus for this place since Granada has very limited parking access. Simply amazing. Free bottle of welcome wine. You can take a glass and walk two blocks to plaza Nicolas to watch the sunset of Alhambra. What more can you ask for. Perfect location and the friendliest staff. The chef ran out to give me some apple and short cake to go as I was waiting for Uber to the airport and didn’t have breakfast.

On a trip through Spain and stopped in Granada for 2 days. The hotels was one of the cleanest and most accommodating so far on our travels.

Convenience to Alhambra, old neighborhoods of Granada, dining and shopping options was outstanding. Hotel has lots of character and is nicely updated to include all amenities one would expect in a modern hotel. Overall a fantastic stay, better than anticipated! Only downsides are that parking is limited and quite tricky (though hotel staff is very helpful in this regard) and the breakfast buffet is very limited especially for the cost (15 Euros, I believe). Perfect location near center of Granada. Walking distance to Cathedral, shops and restaurants but on a quiet street so minimum street noise outside. Staff, room and facilities made for a perfect stay! Easy transport via public buses to Alhambra and train station.

We had a great time in Granada and the apartment was wonderful. It was close to everything we wanted to see and very easy to get to. The neighborhood was beautiful and the apartment was very clean, spacious, and charming.

We loved this boutique hotel just outside Granada. Fantastic views of the mountains and a nice little swimming pool to cool off in. Well kept and clean. For those that tire of the hustle and bustle of city hotels, this is a welcome change of pace. Gustavo at the front desk was super helpful with information and with anything we needed.

Fantastic location near the Alhambra. No parking on-site and narrow street makes drop-off of luggage a bit difficult. But fantastic value.

Nice luxury hotel. Standard rooms are good value.

Set in a busy but quiet nook of the city, check-in and out went as expected with friendly staff, great breakfast at a reasonable price, and a clean and quiet room. We appreciated the elevator. Be ready to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to enter. We really liked it!

It is a gem_affordable but close to all major sites. Highly recommended!

Great staff, very professional, and accommodating. Hotel is off the main avenue of Granada so ALL is close and accessible. Bathroom is BIG compared to other European hotels I have stayed in. However, the décor of the room is extremely outdated, as if your great grandma was living there. But we all love our great grandmother. So if your on a budget... I would highly recommend, specially because of the AMAZING staff.

I wish the breakfast will include Turkey or chicken in the meat section. As a Muslim I can't pork. Everything else, it is excellent.

Everyone at the hotel went over our expectations. They were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcomed.
