We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Candor. They are pet-friendly and the staff was always present and helpful (whether at the front desk or in the dining area). The village and hillside view from the room was beautiful and peaceful. There were some neighborhood dogs that barked regularly, especially at night and early morning, that prevented us from keeping the doors open as much as we would have liked. The rooms are very soundproof, though, and it was completely quiet with the doors/windows...

This is a stone house, cool architecture. The layout of the house has a central patio so the guests can sit around and chat. The location is very peaceful and still close to restaurants and the town. Highly recommended if you look for peace and tranquility. They have a pool and sauna also. The family tuning the rural home are very friendly and have plenty of suggestions about what to do. The beach is down the street about 5-6 min walk and it’s clean and very busy. Totally recommend this...
