The service is absolutely exceptional. Every member of the staff has a pleasant smile and a heartfelt “Namaste” no matter whether you are in the dining areas, hallways or poolside. True Taj hospitality! They go out of their way to take care of every need the guests may have. I stayed for four nights during the busy time of Christmas, yet they gracefully made me feel the center of their attention!

Amazing property and great experience. The staff made us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel offers an impressive range of dining and beverage options, and it continues to uphold the renowned Taj standard of hospitality. Overall, an outstanding stay and a property I would highly recommend.

OVERALL: Once you pass through the very understated entrance gate, and go through check-in, you'll find yourself in a spacious, beautiful palace. Calm, serene, beautifully restored, with a spectacularly beautiful bar and an amazing courtyard with fountain works. The area makes for a beautiful night walk. The former queen's pool is fit for...well, a queen. F&B: you're greeted with nice chocolates with some local flavours. The restaurant was the only let-down; the cheap 90-s Thai optic...

Nice, clean, spacious room and bathroom - quiet guest floors - food choices at main dining hall was extraordinary - lobby smaller than other hotels but seemed efficient enough.

I booked one night stay stay for my aged parents. They were very happy with the service provided by the hotel. They were impressed by the hotel staff, cleanliness, well maintained property and the luxurious rooms. They provided me the feedback that they wish they could stay longer to enjoy the VIP services provided by the hotel. The staff was very courteous.

Great food with good style... Not the typical hotel. Great living room space and dining table available on each floor. Extremely clean.

The room was very clean, and with adequate amenities. The staff was vety courteous. The location was extremely convenient (a 6 minute ride to the airport.) Airport transportation was available for a reasonable fee.
