Pool was quiet and relaxed and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice with local favourites and our waiter Aditya was amazing and arrange a lovely cake for use to take away. "The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again."

I booked one night stay stay for my aged parents. They were very happy with the service provided by the hotel. They were impressed by the hotel staff, cleanliness, well maintained property and the luxurious rooms. They provided me the feedback that they wish they could stay longer to enjoy the VIP services provided by the hotel. The staff was very courteous.
When my taxi arrived at 3 AM and looked at the hotel exterior, I laughed. It was too funny. But once I got into the hotel and my room, I was cool with everything. Clean, comfortable albeit very small room and bathroom shower system in which the entire room is the shower! Something new for me but I learned quite typical in India.

Wifey and I wanted to celebrate New Year's at Park Street therefore, this hotel which is about 10 mins walk away from everything was fantastic in every sense. Right across the street is where the all the street food/snack stalls are so lot of egg rolls, chicken rolls, etc.
Hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are very professional, from the desk manager to the security at the fate all were courteous and helpful.
I will certainly stay at Shiraz, Kolkata if the need arises.
Extremely satisfied with our stay at the Senses. The hotel staff was very prompt in their service and very helpful with all our requests. Inspite of a marriage reception taking place in the hotel and with all other guests, they made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The hotel's restaurant food and staff were awesome and there were other hotels within walking distance as well. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...
