We enjoyed our stay at Egypt Mill Hotel as the surroundings are beautiful and the location is convenient to driving to various villages in the Cotwolds. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was quite good each time. We did not see any other restaurants within walking distance but there is a village nearby. We stayed in Cherry. It was a lovely room with a nice, up-to-date bathroom. It was plenty roomy for the two of us and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely return.

We decided very last minute to stay in the Cotswalds overnight. I wanted to experience a staying a traditional inn. The Horse and Groom was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything better. The guestroom was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We booked just an hour before we arrived, but they were gracious to accommodate us. However, we spoke with Josh at the front desk, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a room with working air conditioning.
