The staff was very friendly and my stay was very pleasant. The only gripe I had was that the shower didn’t have much hot water

My family and I enjoyed this hotel, it was a very peaceful and quiet stay. Friendly staff especially the kitchen staff they made sure to say Good Morning to each guest while getting breakfast, even if some guest were rude and didn't answer, they did their job and was very respectful. I did admire that it made my experience there very memorable Check in was also very quick. Rooms were comfortable, felt like home away from home. Thank you Homewood Suites

Property was very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is next to Funplex. Great deal for kids.

Parking is a little pricey. Vehicle entry and exit to the lot can be inconvenient and more difficult than it ought to be.

Bed was a bit too hard

Everything seemed to be very organized and clean. The rooms were great. Never unfortunately received my $25 credit.

If I could give Roost East Market more than five stars, I would. The entire experience was seamless. The apartment and building were so comfortable. The third floor is basically an extension of the apartment and includes common spaces, a kitchen, pool table, fitness center and outdoor pool. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bikes and they were kind enough to give us a late check out. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would love to stay here again next time we are...

Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly staff!

I had a quick trip into Philly for an event in Center City and decided to stay nearby. The hotel staff was amazing and everything I needed was in walking distance. I chose to park at a garage around the corner because the hotel parking is 60.00 per day. Lots of cheaper options in the area.

Truly excellent service! Very accommodating staff across the board. And a great restaurant!
