Icon hotel was a pure dream!! It felt like a private Villa residence with excellent design details. The drive from Palma to Icon hotel was also very scenic and beautiful! The landscape kept changing from Vineyards to local towns so you got to see a lot on the way. As soon as you pull up to the entrance of the icon hotel you see the stunning turquoise beach with mountain cliffs surrounding the hotel! The lobby is beautiful and opens up to the living room area where we had breakfast buffet every...
This hotel was perfect, we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and clean and the location was perfect for walking into town for dinner or to the beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had huge variety to choose from. We look forward to another stay at the Inturotel Cala Esmeralda!
We have stayed at the Hipocampo Palace before, my wife and I enjoyed it so much we returned again this year.From the start to the end it was amazing. All the staff from Reception, restaurant and to the house keeping it was faultless.The only negative comment I have is to say 2 weeks went by so quickly, time flies when your having fun . Well done to all at hotel we shall return.
Excellent staff and dining. We did not book the half board, but after first night at the restaurant we immediately decided to have another dinner in Eques.

There was a high wind advisory on a day we were at the resort, and we were able to reserve the sauna for a private hour. There's a plunge pool to use right beside the sauna for an invigorating experience!
Left the resort happy and relaxed even when we missed good weather.
We had a great time in this hotel. It was close to everything and the town was open late. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast buffet was spectacular food. I definitely will be coming back and telling people to stay here.
The hotel was as pictured and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they like their jobs. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a pool view upon arrival. The pillows could be softer but I used one the extra comforters in the closet for extra padding. Also daily room service which was great for clean towels when needed.
The hotel is in a great location walkable to shops and the beach. People walked and biked along the path during the day and night. Super safe location....
