"The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful. The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. "We have stayed at +10 places with kids, from infant age to young teens, this is the only hotel we have repeatedly returned to. It was s down to its strength;Roma have a large sun terass, family friendly, heated and nicely located pool away from the buzz, still Mogán mall and that buzz in only a few minutes away. We prefer the upper section, properly overviewing the Puerto Rico valley with decent glimpses of the sea, we will return!"
