Delightful 4-night stay at the Miiro. The facilities are excellent and the staff was superb. Pippins restaurant had tasty food. We will gladly return there next time we are in London.
Not a new hotel but very well located for the trains (incl. Eurostar), rooms are spacious and well equipped, staff pleasant and on the ball. Will stay again.
The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.
The hotel provided tea milk and hot chocolate but no coffee. Treats were also complimentary.
Room and hotel was always tidy and clean.
Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing.
It’s 4 minutes walk to the underground tower station.
After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.
Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube.
The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay.
As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has 2 elevators but only one was working. That caused issues in the morning when people was going to eat breakfast or check in out.
Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train
I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere.
The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym.
The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street.
Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.
