Desk is only open from 7am to 9pm. We typically arrive late, so thankfully we got in around 8:30 pm! I get cold seats even now at how close we were to sleeping in our car! That said, this was a trip favorite. Super comfy beds, kitchenette (which meant that there was an outside the bathroom sink which is my favorite feature on family trips because it keeps the bathroom from getting backed up with a line), neat property, (FREE movie rental and FREE bike rental!). The property is an older property but it has been cleaned up very nicely and things are being refurbished there nice swimming pool large jacuzzi very nice facilities I was really impressed with our room they were well done pictures they have on there website so no need to put those to you twice. Just two block walk up the street and you're at one of the main intersections near the North shore and the casino line.

So far the best 5-star hotel I've stayed at. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the valet, and bags were taken in by the staff. Complimentary champagne and wine during check-in. I was also given a short tour of the resort and everything you can do. The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The rooms were adjoined to others but this was not an issue.
