"Great location. Close to freeway, shopping and restaurants."

"Where do I begin? Checking in was fine, no issues. However, once we got to our room it sounded like a whole circus was happening in the room above us and next to us. The banging was so loud that you could not sit propped up in bed without your head hurting from the banging on the walls. I went to the front desk to address the issue and how loud it was and was met with “there’s a lot of kids here tonight”. I paid to stay in a place that was less than relaxing. After a while, the banging got louder and more frequency to the point the pictures on the walls where moving. My husband went to complain and was told they would investigate it and again that there’s “a lot of kids”. That’s no excuse, they need to be told to calm down then. They finally called us and moved our room down the hall after we had already had enough. I appreciate the room change but the attitude and lack of actually addressing the issue was beyond words. If you are traveling all day, there is not where you’ll want to find relaxation. The hotel overall looks nice, because it’s new. After a 10 hour road trip, I’ll be avoiding this hotel in the future."

"The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind!! Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The only issue was access to the pool was not available to anyone as advertised on hotels.com. "

"The room wasn’t clean the sheets and pillows had stains all over, the chair in the room was broken but the property was pet friendly, the breakfast was limited but decent. Staff was nice but I wish the room was cleaner for the price I paid. "

"I did not like the breakfast. I seemed processed and fake food. I only ate it once. My suggestion either offer better food or skip it altogether. It is a bad look for your hotel."

"Room smelled so potent of cleaning chemicals it stuffed me up. There was body fluid and condiments on the chair so thick and caked on you couldn’t sit down. Very gross hotel. "
