"Waiting for 15 mins in the lobby for someone to come to the desk. There was a phone and the note said call if no one was there.... myself and another guest picked up the phone... it rang to the front desk and to another phone in the area. I didnt understand the point.... now my room.... only one lamp worked, the tub was dirty and stained, The tub dripped, I could hear every noise, the room above me I could hear everything, the hallway by my door smelled of weed. I have stayed at many Super 8s and I was completely disappointed of this location. I will not be booking here again..."

"Price was good and room was clean, but major issues are not breakfast, no one came by to clean or offer towels for my 10 day stay, and the main issue…. They allow a full on church service early on sundays on a room right next to guest rooms. Not in a banquet room, in a room literally adjacent to guest rooms. Three hours of church music and a loud preacher. Is unacceptable for any hotel or place of rest. What in the world are the management thinking?"

"I booked a 1 week stay for work, had a family emergency and had to leave for home on the second day. I called Expedia to let them know and ask about a refund for days not used. They called the front desk while I was on the phone with them, Expedia was ok with modifying my itinerary and so was American Inn and Suites, for a 2 night charge at regular rate for $221. I was ok with that. I had stayed Sunday and Monday, checked out Monday night around 8pm. I drove all night and day, got home Tuesday evening around 8pm. Friday came and American Inn had charged motherly weekly rate, when I called to talk to Tristan (the manager) he said he couldn’t refund me, that was for Expedia to do. Expedia was the one that approved it, American Inn agreed and then turn around and charge me full weeks rate even though I wasn’t there. Tristen even went further and told Expedia, while I was on the phone, that I didn’t check out until Sunday at noon…. Even though I checked out Monday night and had receipts to prove it. What a shady way to run a business. They tell you one thing and then do another. Them pulling the full amount of $596 instead of $221 overdrafted outr bank account, after agreeing to refund us, is definitely bad business. I don’t recommend staying with them at all."

"The airport shuttle was not available as the key to the vehicle was lost. The bathroom to our room was not cleaned well as the previous guests soap was still in the shower, and there was hair on the floor. There was a lot of wear and tear on the overall property. "
