I booked this hotel last minute because of an issue at another hotel and the rudeness of the staff, I am very glad that I did.
This hotel was very comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood was great because there were many shops right across the street and the beach was within walking distance. I did not have a lot of time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer but it was a great way to end my hectic travels.
This was a pure fun in the sun solo getaway, suggested by my wife, while she was on family business in the U.S. Paradise Park was a perfect setting for relaxation in mid-winter. I was in an executive suite on the seventh floor which was very nice. The All-inclusive plan was more than enough for me. It was, however, nice not having to buy food or drinks once I was at the hotel! I personally do not need three full meals a day, however. Staff was fantastic and accommodating, rooms weee spectacular and they upgraded us without me asking because I asked for a balloon in the room for my girlfriends birthday. We were looking for a quiet getaway something different from the south and we found it! This hotel offers excellent service, good breakfast, a quality spa, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. Set in the mountains, there is hiking near the hotel and it offers many things outside to relax, hammocks, each room offers a patio with a table and chairs. If your looking for a quiet getaway I highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting again in the near future.
