Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff made us feel safe and at home, which is of number 1 importance to me. The food at Romeo's was impeccable. Wish they would have put a food menu in the rooms as well as helped us with our luggage when we were changing rooms but other than that, an extremely pleasant stay. Thank you.

We made a last minute booking for this hotel at Denpasar Airport just after we arrived and the room was ready by the time we got there. The reception had a tasty drink waiting and checked us in quickly without problem.

We had trouble with our for not locking twice and the staff took care of it quickly. The negative aspects were the slow internet in our room and the loud music at night. We had super long flights and a 15 hour time difference so we went to sleep early.
