We had the room with the observation deck above. Fabulous views of the surrounding area. Perfect for sitting with a morning brew or watching the sun go down. A great stay."

Amazing experience! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with a comfortable and nicely sized room. Everything felt recently renovated and fresh. The location is excellent—definitely one of the best areas to stay.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.
Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great size. Hotel was the perfect location. Walking distance to Delft and easy on and off the freeway. Excellent property I would stay again.
Stayed for just one night with our three kids. We took two connecting rooms. Nothing bad to complain about. Excellent location, free wifi, EUR 15 car parking just opposite hotel, amazing breakfast (albeit a bit expensive).
Had a relaxing stay in Delft. Great location with 15 min walking distance to train and the city center. Casa Julia is very clean with all the desired conveniences of a small boutique hotel. Would definitely stay again.
What stood out to me was how accessible the location and comfortable everything was. The room wasn’t fancy, but it was exactly what I needed which was clean, quiet, and set up in a way that made working from the room simple. The internet held up without any issues, which I appreciated since I had work to finish. The location also worked fine because it was close to where I needed to be.

I stayed here four nights and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly the location was perfectly central in Rotterdam close to bars and restaurants and many tram and metro stations. Also a 5 min walk to the amazing market hall! Rooms were clean and the AC was amazing during the heatwave. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at a non traditional hotel.
