Had a fantastic time at this very unique hotel located above the city of Zermatt on the Mountain Gornergrat. We requested a room with a view of the Matterhorn and we were extremely pleased with our room and view. The price of the hotel included dinner and breakfast (at least in our case). Not sure if this is the norm, but a nice surprise. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Great hotel right across from the train station. It was quiet and our room faced the mountains and we had a balcony which was great to spend time on. Room was clean and updated, it was a great stay.
Nice hotel with a great view of the glacier (upgrade). Room was spacious and clean. Big shower. Very central and close to many shops / restaurants / bars. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

This was a pleasant surprise for us. The room was spacious and nicely renovated. The house is pretty full with flowers. The breakfast was served to us formally. All in all it was a great experience. We enjoyed it very much.
