"Staff was nice and room was ready for us to check in. With not many places to stay in Oxford, I do understand that the price of hotels is very expensive. However, for the price of the hotel, I wish some of the money was put into the upkeep of the hotel. Room was rundown, smoke detector was missing, fridge and coffee pot were dirty."

"Though the outside seems to need some cosmetic repairs…don’t be fooled! The rooms and common areas are beautiful and clean. Richard serves breakfast every morning and will even make eggs to order! It was a great stay!"

"Plus-plenty if parking Cons: poorly maintained property, first room was leaking water from ceiling, moved to 2nd room and it had a door with a 1/8”-1/4” gap when closed that was not secure or private, 3rd room had an odor and one of the two beds had dirty sheets, just gave up and slept in the not so dirty bed. Not staying here ever again."

"This was an unclean hotel. The room was not clean, the shower backed up and didn't drain, and you could tell it hadn't been scrubbed well, if at all. Fingerprints all over the bathroom door front and back. This hotel was in sad condition with no pride of ownership. The staff was unappreciative and didn't welcome guests with enthusiasm. Very overpriced hotel for the area and the unsatisfactory condition of cleanliness. Would not recommend."

"The room and hotel were very clean in general. I expressed a concern about hot water during our stay. The shower got barely warm. I spoke with the attendant at the desk who I felt brushed me off and said no other guests were complaining about it. She didn’t seem very interested in checking into it to see maybe it was specific to my room or even offer to try and move me to a different room. Felt a little brushed off. "
