We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.
Had a good time here for my stay. Only issue I had was with the valet. The manager is the morning shift. Wasn’t allowing me to park in the closer parking spot. Said self check in would have to park in the last 5 spaces. That he is not responsible if something happens. Mind you, I’m paying $31 per night for parking. Thanks again for my stay. Front desk guy/woman was friendly and helpful
Front desk staff -Gerry is friendly and accommodating, house keeping is also fast by giving extra bedding. A lady from the office offers my kids with crayons and drawing stuff during our check in. The place is very homey with friendly staff. My family feels secured during our stay and my kids loves the heated pool!
I loved this for the price. Walkable to grocery store and some fast food. New tables with charging slots on top. Clean newish basic bathroom. Comfortable bed.
It’s loud from the highway so if you are very sensitive to noise I’d look elsewhere but otherwise a great choice for a stop over
Management: get someone to do some caulking. Easy cheap fix that makes bathroom not look dingy

I showed up at the Royal Palace with my back completely thrown out while on a solo roadtrip and was very moved by the staff's kindness. They helped me get into my room early so I could lie down, and when it unexpectedly got much worse they helped me extend my stay and even brought me a fork when my food delivery was missing one! I will absolutely be back and especially recommend the Royal Palace to anyone dealing with medical stuff or disabilities. They were so understanding and nice which made...
We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.
Nice location. For the price, it's perfect. They had a sofa bed, but it was pretty tiny. Other than that, I think it's great. Best part was front desk! Great service is why I gave you five stars. The rooms are very far. My mom has like a bad knee, but there was no way around that. The side exit has a step that you can't see and my son can't read because has audtism and slammed on his knee and hands so hard. He was crying for a long while. They should have a ramp right there or something....
I requested a 1st floor room due to my mobility issues. They granted that request and even UPGRADED my room to a suite with wider doors and a roll-in shower! The free breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, eggs, bacon, various cereals and various breads, bagels and muffins. The check-in was very smooth and friendly. I will definitely be staying at La Quints again!
