There was a noise from some source, possibly A/C that was very annoying and made sleeping difficult

OMG what a beautiful place to stay. The hotel character is unique and the hosts are so welcoming. We only stayed one night but wished it was longer. The dinner was amazing with fresh caught langoustines. The idyllic setting makes this hotel a place to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portugal.

It was a cute little apartment. Type unit was a huge balcony overlooking the river, which was beautiful. Had a very well kept kitchenette, a little living room area, bedroom, and bathroom. It was well decorated and a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely return

One of the most delightful surprises I’ve encountered on my trip. This 300 year old Solar is magnificent and its owners and family have passed it down for over 8 generations. While the town itself has very little going on (I’m hiking so it would be hard to find a place to eat) the owners made me a wonderful plate of cheese, ham, homemade jam, bread and a glass of wine. Might be one of the best experiences diuring my travels and the proprietor was simply delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around.

We stayed for a few days at the Convento da Serta Hotel. This was our first time to Serta and we didn't know what to expect of the region. We were very pleasantly surprised by a beautifully renovated hotel, which offers all the modern amenities and features while preserving the architectural details of the original convent. We stayed in one of the historical rooms, belonging to the convent. The room was spacious and clean, with its own temperature control and fully renovated bathroom, and...

Overall the property was well managed, clean, with some dust and dirt on carpet. The cleaner forgot to take the bathroom garbage out before us. Manager was very helpful checking us in. We had to wait a bit at the door, but we forgot to inform him 24 hrs before per check in instructions. Location is good. Very close to the old town, easy walk to the restaurants. We would stay here again.

It's a very good hotel with a cute terrace with the castle's view.

Clean rooms, each one with a gorgeous view of the river or city of Tomar. Staff is kind, generous with their help and guidance.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Show us where to visit and how to go there in detail, and prepare a nice breakfast before the regular breakfast time because we need to catch a bus early.
